Web wars

Well I should post about taking Chloe to Bath and all the excitement there but I will try and do that later and just post this interesting find. It seems that even some of the web defacers are sick of the phishing sites, maybe one of them got done? Well anyway seems they are now defacing them with warnings that they are scams. Hmm interesting the legal/ethical point of view here, is it right to hack an already compromised server with a warning to protect innocents?
