To Cardiff

I got up reasonably early to go catch the bus to Cardiff, my bus left at 11:00am so I was trying to get there a little early. I left Ben's house at 10:00, guessing it would take 1/2hr to get there. This would leave me 30mins to get my oversized (weight) bag onto the bus. The train to Victoria station was a very old English train, one where you open the small doors yourself and the handles are only on the outside (you need to open the window to open them from inside). As I moved along to find a seat the corridor was very narrow and had little rooms, as I got into one of them lugging my huge bags one of the school kids in there said exactly what I was thinking. "This is just like the Hogwarts Express in harry potter". Yes it certainly seemed like that.

When I got there the bus was not even there so I decided to ring Chloe while I wait (I need to remember to stop calling Australia on my mobile, it really costs too much). Well things went quite smoothly and I felt less worried about my large case being 26kgs (6kgs over their limit) as a chinese guy had 2 huge bags and 2 medium sized bags and a laptop bag. A bit over the 2 medium bag limit. He was struggling to get into the line to get to the bus so I let him infront of me.

So about to put my bags onto the bus and Joe appears (he was going to a friend of Mum's in Surrey) he asks if I wanted to take my rain jacket and phone charger to Wales. Hmm, rally in Wales, I guess a rain coat would be handy. Well now with the rest of my luggage and Joe on his way, I got onto the bus. I saw the chinese guy I saw earlier with all the bags, so I decided to sit next to him. His name was Bo and he was a great travel companion, he had lived in London the last 4 years.

I'll get back to this later.
